If the first license in the User Policy Administrator is for SilkCentral Test Manager 8.0 but you are running SilkCentral Test Manager 8.1, (if the 8.0 license is not already in use) you will notice that when you have SilkCentral Test Manager 8.1 open it will use the 8.0 license.

This is because it will use the "first" available license that it comes across. This is as designed.

This will have no affect on you running SilkCentral Test Manager 8.0. If you want to launch SilkCentral Test Manager 8.0 it will use the 8.1 license.
