Problem:

Why does the Menu not appear when right-clicking on the SilkCentral Service Manager?

Resolution:

When right-clicking on the SilkCentral Service Manager from the Taskbar, users should see the following menu:

Sometimes this menu may not appear; this may be due to a problem which occurred when SilkCentral Service Manager was previously launched.

To launch the SilkCentral Service Manager again, do the following:

1. Open the Task Manager
2. Go to the processes tab
3. Find SccSvcManager.exe and end this process
4. Go to Start | Programs | Borland | SilkCentral | Administration Tools | SilkCentral Service Manager - This will start the Service again.
