How do I customize the email notification that is sent by SilkCentral Issue Manager?

Currently you can customize certain parts of the email, such as:

  • Subject: The subject field of the email message
  • Introduction: An introduction in the email body
  • Message Contents: The level of details that are included, summary, summary with description or full defect description.
  • Trailer: A trailer of your choice at the bottom of your message


These can be customized by browsing to
ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION | CUSTOMIZATION | E-MAIL NOTIFICATION | E-MAIL NOTIFICATION SYSTEMWIDE TRIGGERS SETUP

However the following section is always contained in the message body:
