Why do I see the error "No service found on host http://servername/segue" when trying to add a new profile for Issue Tracking.

The following error message can occur in SilkCentral Test Manager (SCTM) if you are attempting to enable the integration of SCTM with SilkCentral Issue Manager (SCIM) bug tracking system and do not have SCIM attached to a database repository.

To resolve the error message go to:

ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION | DB ADMIN and either "Access an existing repository" or "Create a new repository"

Once this has been completed you should be able to successfully create a "NEW PROFILE" for "ISSUE TRACKING" in Test Manager.
