Can my "List of Values" be grouped by anything other than "Product" or " Issue Types"?
No, it’s not possible to group your ‘Listof Values’ information by anything other than "Product" or " Issue Types", orof course not grouped at all, as can be seen in the screenshot below:
The ‘List of Values’ can be found underADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | LIST OF VALUES.
Page 13 of the Issue Manager AdministrationGuide outlines the options for grouping the ‘List of values’:
“Thislist can be categorized by product or issue type, or you can come up with ageneric list for all product and issue types.”
