Problem:

My "Define Product Settings" button is greyed out in the ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION | PRODUCTS screen. How can I activate this?

Resolution:

ANSWER
----------------------------------
If all the products that are specified in ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | PRODUCTS screen are configured for the current Issue Manager project, then the button will be greyed out as there are no further products which can be added.

For example: If there are 4 products in the ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | PRODUCTS screen, and these 4 products have already been added to the ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION | PRODUCTS screen, then the button is greyed out because there are no more products to add to this project. If you add a new product in the administration area, the "Define Product settings" button will become active to allow you to configure the settings for this product for the current project.
Already configured product settings can be modified by clicking on the product in the ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION screen

Note: This is tracked by the number of products, rather than the product name. Therefore, if you had four products, and removed 2 of these from the ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | PRODUCTS screen, you will need to add three products in order to see the "Define Product Settings" button activated again.
