Why are security permissions applied to all workgroups with the same starting string?

Resolution:

ANSWER

This is a known issue with Issue Manager 3.3. Workflow customisation is applied to all workgroups with the same name at the start i.e. Testers and Test Managers. The best current workaround is to rename one of the groups to modify the initial string i.e. Testers and QA-test Managers

This issue will be resolved in version 4.0 of SilkCentral Issue Manager.
