Problem:
This error is reported when projects have been copied from an existing Project and a Group is specified that no longer exists in the configured Groups section.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, do the following:
1. Browse to ISSUE MANAGER | PROJECT | Select the Project
2. Browse to CONFIGURATION | GROUPS and take note of the list of configured groups
3. Browse to CONFIGURATION | USER ACCOUNTS
4. Review the "Setting Group" column for any group that does not exist in the configured Groups noted
5. If found, modify the "Setting Group" for the user to one that exists in the Groups section
Alternatively you can add the missing groups to the CONFIGURATION | GROUPS section.
