How to disable notifications relating to user modifications.

From SilkCentral 12.1 Hotfix 15 and SCTM 13.0, it is now possible to disable email notifications being sent to the SuperUser group regarding user account modifications. 

Enabling this option will prevent emails being sent whenever a user account is created, modified or deleted. To enable this feature please follow these steps:

1. Open the file SccFrontendBootConf.xml in the folder \conf\frontendserver of your Silk Central installation.

2. Change the DisableUserChangeNotifications entry in line 8 to true.

3.  Restart the Front-end server
