This problem is caused by not having a Product set for the parent test folder of the test definition that you are trying to run.

To Resolve this:

• Click on the parent folder of the Test Definition
  
• In the "Properties" tab - click "Edit product" link
  
• Select the Product used and save.
  
• Try to run the test definition again - the problem should now be gone.
