This page takes longer to load because the information displayed on the Current Execution tab has to be calculated depending upon the schedules of the test definitions. The status of each of the currently executing test definitions on the execution servers and from the last completed executions have also to be fetched and determined.

Therefore in comparison to the other pages in SilkCentral Test Manager it is quite reasonable to assume that this page may take longer.
