There are a number of reasons for this behaviour:
Resolution - Uninstall and re-install SilkCentral TestManager ensuring that you check the Tomcat Server check Box. We recommend that you use Tomcat.
Resolution - Uninstall and Re-install SilkCentral TestManager.
Resolution - You should be able to check if there is something blocking you from using Internet Explorer by using the IP address of the host machine instead of the hostname. Another method would be to use a different browser, FireFox 1.5 is recommended as it carries full support.
