Problem:

In SilkCentral Issue Manager can a User only belong to one Group at a time?

Resolution:

The SCIM Administration doc states "A user can only be in one group at a time". A user can be added to as many Groups and Roles as necessary when creating a login, however when configuring the User account, only one of the Groups can be assigned per User.

For example, after a new User is created it can be added to both the Corporate and Development Groups.

However in the SCIM User Account (Configuration | User Account), it can only be assigned to one of the Groups from the previous screen:

An RFE has been logged to have the SCIM Administration document updated to change the wording from "A user can ony be in one group at a time" to "A user can only be in one group setting at a time."
