Problem:

When I change the value of a default Issue Type why is the change subsequently not reflected in the Workflow?

Resolution:

When the default Issue Types (BUG, ENHANCEMENT and DOC-ISSUE) are changed to a custom value, all services must be stopped and then restarted using the SilkCentral Service Manager before changes will be reflected in the Workflows.
