Why is there a long delay before the SilkCentral Test Manager pages open?

Ensure that all active Execution servers are available. The Application Server will try to reach all active execution servers for about half a minute, if they cannot be reached then this can be the cause of a delay. So make sure, that all Execution Servers are available or otherwise de-activate them.
