Problem:

Why do I get a malformed URL showing in the archived issue when the SCTM installation is secure?

Resolution:

After archiving an issue in SilkCentral the URL which is added to link back to the original issue is malformed. 

For example while the link used to access SCTM normally would take the form of https://YourServerName/silk/, the link added to the Archived issue would be: http://YourServerName:443/silk/DEF/Issue Tracking/Tracking?imPrj=15&issuenumber=1  

Note the secure port, but http rather than https. 

This is a known issue which will be resolved in SilkCentral Test Manager 12.1.
