Yes, SilkCentral Test Manager does provide this functionality.

NOTE: We do not support the editing of canned reports. However, if you need to do so, we would advise that you save a copy of the original SQL code before making any changes in SQL. A good knowledge of SQL would be necessary for success in customising reports.

You can customise a report using the SQL query provided in SilkCentral Test Manager:

Open the report in SilkCentral Test Manager, go to Properties / Edit / Report data query - you can now customise your report using the SQL query.
