Unfortunately there is no direct functionality within SilkCentral to arrange your Projects in this fashion. A simple workaround is available though by simply pre-fixing the name of your Project with the year in which they were completed, for example: "2007_".

When your SilkCentral projects take a naming scheme like the above they will then be arranged via the year they were completed.
