Is it possible to combine inbox views in SilkCentral Issue Manager?
There is no way to physically combine multiple inbox views into
the one view in SilkCentral Issue Manager.
There is however an RFE logged to have this functionality considered for a future version. To add your details to this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and quote this solution ID.
One way to view the contents of multiple inboxes is by creating a custom report to allow this. Reports are fully reusable and can be shared amongst users.
Reports can be viewed and created under ISSUE TRACKING | REPORTS. Further details on how to create custom reports, can be found in the Issue Manager User Guide located under HELP | DOCUMENTATION.
