Problem:

Is it possible to combine inbox views in SilkCentral Issue Manager?

Resolution:

There is no way to physically combine multiple inbox views into the one view in SilkCentral Issue Manager.

There is however an RFE logged to have this functionality considered for a future version. To add your details to this, please contact support@borland.com and quote this solution ID.

One way to view the contents of multiple inboxes is by creating a custom report to allow this. Reports are fully reusable and can be shared amongst users.

Reports can be viewed and created under ISSUE TRACKING | REPORTS. Further details on how to create custom reports, can be found in the Issue Manager User Guide located under HELP | DOCUMENTATION.
