If you have made a change to your Default Port for the Frontend Server, eg making a change to the Default Port of 19120 in the "nginx.conf" file which you can find here: "C:\ProgramData\SilkCentral\InstanceAdministration\nginx\conf\", there are other changes that need to be made for the Traceability tab within Issue Manager to work.
