Error: Retrieving links failed - Changing Default NGINX port: 19120 - IM Traceability tab


If you have made a change to your Default Port for the Frontend Server, eg making a change to the Default Port of 19120 in the "nginx.conf" file which you can find here: "C:\ProgramData\SilkCentral\InstanceAdministration\nginx\conf\", there are other changes that need to be made for the Traceability tab within Issue Manager to work.

The files that also need the Port changed for other parts of the system are as follows:

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 18.0\instance_1_silk\wwwroot\AlmServices1.0\configuration.xml
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 18.0\instance_1_silk\Conf\FrontendServer\SRFrontendBootConf.xml

If using VersionOne, the following file also needs to be changed:

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 18.0\instance_1_silk\wwwrootAS\VersionOneIntegration\VersionOneConfig

After making these changes, make sure to restart your Silk Central Instance where you have made these changes.
