QUESTION

When setting up my CaliberRM integration with SilkCentral Test Manager 2007 the "Browse Projects" dialog is empty?

ANSWER

This issue is caused by a known issue in CaliberRM which involves a user maintaining their associations with projects after they have been deleted. Deleting this user but not removing all references to them in CaliberRM has resulted in the call to "getAllProjects()" behaving in this way. To resolve this issue you would need to find and remove any and all reference to the previously deleted user in CaliberRM as per the screen shot below.

Another possible resolution for this issue is to run the following BD back up tool attached to this resolution.

*****Running this will also always perform a backup at first.*****
Run the commandline tool "crm_dbtool -a SQMDB" from the directory"C:\Borland\CaliberRMServer\bin" on the CaliberRM server machine if itwas installed in default directory. If not then update accordingly.

To resolve in this instance, remove any deleted users from Groups/Notifications/Projects or any other associations and retry the integration with SCTM. If the issue persists contact Borland Technical Support support@borland.com
