The settings in the SccExecServerLtcConf.xml are all private and should not be changed by the customer.

For explanation: 

Normally a Silk Performer load test is controlled by performer.exe and has a monitor view where you can see health data of the controller and agents.

When a Silk Performer load test is executed via SCTM, there is no performer.exe only the SCTM execution server and other things. So we need slight adjustments to the configuration file, so that the load test can run without performer.exe and to define where agents can find perfrun.exe.

Debuglevel is an old feature that allowed developers to attach a debugger already at process start  it has no use for the customer.
