Why will the Office Import Tool not import duplicate requirements on different levels?
In some situations users may have requirement names that are identical, but on different levels of the requirement hierarchy. Even though it is good practice to have unique names for all requirements, it should still be possible to import such requirements using the Office Import Tool.
This issue has been resolved in a later version (Build 1622 and later) of the Office Import Tool which is attached below.
