Problem:

Closing a defect does not populate the DATECLOSED field in the IM_DEFECTS table.

Resolution:

ANSWER

When ever a defect is closed in Issue Manager 4.01 the DATECLOSED field in the IM_DEFECTS table does not get populated. This a known issue which has been resolved in Issue Manager 4.1.

If you are unable to upgrade from Issue Manager 4.0.1 to version 4.1 then you can resolve the issue by contacting Borland support and requesting the patch named "SCIM401_Patch_03_Setting_DateClosed_Column.zip".
