In earlier versions of SCIM and SilkRadar it was possible to create a backup file (.rxf) using the Admin console. Since SCIM 4.0 the admin console is no longer shipped as most of the administrative features are now available in the web GUI. For performing backups we recommend that you have your Database Administrator back up your database using a DBMS tool such as SQL Enterprise Manager. For details on using Enterprise Manager see how to backup databases using Enterprise Manager. If you use MSDE you can either download a tool like MSDE Manager which provides a GUI to access the database and perform admin tasks or use a command line interface.
