Why do I see the error java.rmi.RemoteException: com.segue.em.SGRuntimeException: LoadtestController: 3302 - The results directory could not be cleared when my SilkPerformer Load Test is executed from SilkCentral Test Manager?
The above error message can occurs in any version of SilkCentral
Test Manager when executing a SilkPerformer Project file which
contains and sues a custom monitoring template (i.e.
ServerMetrics.pew). The error is caused by the SilkPerformer
Performance Explorer which hangs when the compiler is invoked and
as such the automated test will fail with the error
“LoadtestController: 3302 - The results directory could not
be cleared”.
To resolve this issue please upgrade to SilkPerformer version 2008
(7.7) or later; where this issue has been resolved.
