Why are colours missing from my reports when printed from Internet Explorer?
This is a known issue where colours may be absent from areas of reports or other screens when printed from Internet Explorer.
However there is a quick solution to this issue.
Within Internet Explorer select the following:
Tools | Internet Options | Advanced Tab
Under Printing ensure the “Print Background colours and images” checkbox is checked
This will resolve the missing colours issue from printed hard copies.
