This is caused by the "Advanced Javascript" options in Mozilla FireFox.

To resolve the problem;

1. Click "Tools" and then "Options"

2. Click on "Content". Ensure "Enable Javascript" is checked and click "Advanced..."

3. In "Advanced JavaScript Settings" check "Disable or replace context menus" and click "Ok"
