Why won"t InetSoft Enterprise Edition connect to the
Enterprise Manager?

This is a known, undocumented problem within InetSoft and
nothing to do with SilkCentral Test Manager. The installation
procedure for InetSoft is faulty in that StyleReports Enterprise
Edition requires the Java SDK and NOT the JRE as the
pre-requisite. However, Tomcat requires the Java Run-time as a
pre-requisite.
To fix the problem, download the Java SDK and change the
JAVA_HOME variable to point to the JSDK installation directory;
Tomcat and Enterprise Manager will then work.
