Why could I get the message "Activated but: Failover is required, but not possible because: Test Manager does not support execution server failover"?

Resolution:

This indicates that the execution server is not running or the machine that hosts the execution server is not reachable at this time. SilkCentral checks and reports on the status of the execution server every minute. In future versions of SilkCentral Test Manager the errors reported in the execution server status report will be more specific to aid rapid root cause analysis.
