Problem:

In the German version of Issue Manager 8.6 why do the Workflow state properties not have default owners?

Resolution:

Due to a known issue, the German 8.6 version of SilkCentral Issue Manager does not contain default owners for workflows (ISSUE MANGER | CONFIGURATION | WORKFLOWS). The State Properties for Unreviewed, Open-Doc, QA-Ready and Closed are all empty. This issue has been resolved in version 8.8.

In version 8.6 it is necessary to workaround this issue by manually adding the owner for each of these states, Default owners are listed below:
