Why do I get the error "The given query ("<sql keyword>") is not read-only (it"s not valid)" when I run an advanced query?

Resolution:

ANSWER

Security enhancements made in SilkCentral Issue Manager no longer allow DBA activities to be performed from the Advanced Query menu. If you need to perform UPDATE, DELETE, INSERT etc statements then contact your database administrator and have them perform these via a DBMS tool.
