Why do I receive the error "Data or string binaries will be truncated" when attempting to generate a testplan from requirements in SilkCentral TestManager?

In SilkCentral TestManager when you right click on a requirement and select "Generate Test Plan", you may see the error "Data or string binaries will be truncated". This is because of a limitation in the requirement description in SilkCentral TestManager 2006 R1. The maximum length for a requirement description that does not produce truncation errors when converted to a test folder / test definition is 4000 characters.

This issue has been fixed in SilkCentral TestManager 2006 R2.
