To resolve the issue;

  1. Stop the SilkCentral ServiceManager and then navigate to:-

    My Computer | Documents and Settings | All Users | Application Data | Segue | SCC31

  2. Then delete the AgentBase folder and the reportserver.txt.

  3. Restart the SilkCentral ServiceManager; the problem should now be fixed as SilkCentral will fill the file and folder contents with the new IP address.
