When changing an existing Change Request or trying to create a Change Request the Cross Platform Client (CPC) freezes.


This can occur when using Custom Change Request forms.  To resolve this issue delete the file
"C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\"
Deleting this file will allow StarTeam to re-cache the Custom Change Request information at next the login.
