Problem:

I received the wrong license type. How do I correct this with Borland?

Resolution:

  • Product Name: StarTeam
  • Product Version: All
  • Product Component: Server

Description:

This article tells you how to go about getting licensing issues resolved.


Answer/Solution:

If you ordered Named licenses and received Concurrent ones or if you received a Borland License Server slip file instead of a native StarTeam License, you must contact your Account Manager or Sales Representative.

NOTE: Support does not have the authority to grant new licenses. You may contact Support for temporary evaluation licenses (Unlimited Concurrent Enterprise Advantage Licenses for 30 days) only.
