StarTeam 2005 R2: Custom form does not display updated data
User B views a CR and closes it.
User A opens the same CR form and modifies it. User A closes form.
User B refreshes the client, sees that the row has changed, but when he opens the CR, he still does not see the changes made.
The workaround is to shutdown the form server before user B
opens the CR second time, after the changes have been made by User
Enhancement 977 has been filed for the cross-platform client where using custom CR forms, a user can only open one CR at a time. This issue does not exist for Windows client since multiple CRs can be opened using Windows client.
