StarTeam 2005 R2: Custom form does not display updated data
Description:
User B views a CR and closes it.
User A opens the same CR form and modifies it. User A closes
form.
User B refreshes the client, sees that the row has changed, but
when he opens the CR, he still does not see the changes made.
Answer/Solution:
The workaround is to shutdown the form server before user B
opens the CR second time, after the changes have been made by User
A.
Enhancement 977 has been filed for the cross-platform client where
using custom CR forms, a user can only open one CR at a time. This
issue does not exist for Windows client since multiple
CRs can be opened using Windows client.
