Unable to Delete Connection from Web Edition.

When trying to delete a Connection that is no longer in use, Web Edition fails because the server no longer exists as specified in the Server List.
This typically occurs when a StarTeam Server changes its port/endpoint or address. When you attempt to delete a Connection, Web Edition first attempts to establish that the connection is valid. This usually results in the error:
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
This workaround requires an edit to the system registry. If you have not previously edited the registry or are relatively new to it, it is recommended that you first make a backup copy of the registry. If you need additional information on this, please contact Borland Support 800.523.7070.
