Is there any way to prevent the client from creating a client
log?
Answer/Solution:
The client logs were introduced in the 2006 cross-platform
client for debugging purposes. Currently, there is no way to
prevent the logs from being created. You can, however, control the
type of events that are logged (errors, operations that take longer
than a specified amount of time, etc) and where the logs are kept
by going to Tools -> Personal Options -> Workspace tab ->
StarTeam client log section.
