Answer:

You need to make a change in IIS in order to increase the default size of files that can be accepted on an ASP page:

  1. Stop IIS service
  2. Open the metabase.xml which is located in c:\windows\System32\Inetsrv.
  3. Find the line "AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed" and change it to "1073741824". This is 1GB, and you may enter any other suitable value.
  4. Start IIS
