What causes the error "You do not have access rights" when attempting to share a change request even though full access rights have been granted?
This is a known issue with StarTeam 2008 R2 Cross Platform Client. This issue is caused by the view-level access rights for a read-only reference view. If these where inherited from the read-only view"s parent then you will likely get this error when attempting certain operations, such as sharing change requests.
This has been fixed in patch 8 which is available to download from the Microfocus SupportLine website
