Creating and editing custom StarTeam Forms in JBuilder 2007 is a three step approach. To do this please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Setup and configure the StarTeam Jar files. Please see attached document "StarTeamComponentsJBuilder2007.doc"
2. Install and configure Visual Editor for Eclipse. See appendix A in the attached document "StarTeam Custom Form development using JBuilder 2007 or Eclipse 3.doc"
