To rectify this:
1. Browse to folder path listed in the error message and select the file.
2. On the file pane, right click the top menu and select Show Fields and add Archive Name as shown below:
3. The MD5 number of the file will now be displayed
4. The StarTeam Administrator can then use this information to locate the .gz file in the StarTeam vault
5. If this file does not exist run the StarTeam Vault Verify report and log a new support case
