Problem:

How reliable and stable is QATrackRecord with many users on it? Does Compuware have examples of large sites to know the response time of the system?

Resolution:

QATrackRecord is reliable and stable. One customer has up to 300 simultaneous users. Most of the issues they have encountered were either due to hardware configuration problems not related to QATrackRecord, or to customization issues. The only performance problems that they noted were in accessing the database over WAN connections, which is not recommended.
