Why do I receive the error "The License Server does not recognise your StarTeam username. Contact your StarTeam Administrator".
This error can occur for ‘Named’ users who come last alphabetically in the userlist file when the number of users in the userlist file exceeds the number of purchased licenses; as the License Server reads this file in alphabetical order.
In order to check the location of a user, browse to the userlist file "userlist.txt" located \Conf.
To resolve this issue, check that all users assigned to the named licenses are still valid users (and remove if necessary) or alternatively purchase additional StarTeam Named User Licenses.
