When generating the check-out trace dump report using the CheckoutTraceDump.exe utility that comes bundled with StarTeam 2009 64-bit edition, the following error is returned:
C:\CheckoutTraceTest>CheckoutTraceDump.exe -go Processing: C:\CheckoutTraceTest\Checkout.2011-01-30-13-39-22.cotrc FAILED: Unable to access OSSup.dll (An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B))
This problem surfaced only in the 64-bit edition of StarTeam Server 2009 (and 2009 R2). The 32-bit edition of StarTeam Server 2009 (and 2009 R2) does not face this problem -- the Check-out Trace dump report generation is working for StarTeam 2009 32-bit.
