Does Borland Technical Support provide the ability to customize the sample DataMart reports?

Resolution:

  • Product Name: StarTeam
  • Product Version: All
  • Product Component: DataMart
  • Platform/OS Version: N/A

Currently DataMart ships with basic reports that can be used in 3rd party applications such as Crystal Reports or Business objects.
The customization of these reports is outside the remit of Technical Support as this is a custom solution. Custom solutions are usually delivered by the Borland Consulting.
