Problem:

The VCM continually loses focus to the StarTeam Cross Platform Client (CPC).  Users need to minimize and maximize continually to restore to focus the VCM session.

Resolution:

This is not a reproducible issue but has been resolved on some customer environments by adjusting the MPX refresh settings.
  1. Open the Personal Options
  2. Select the StarTeamMPX tab
  3. Change the "Minimum Delay" to 10. 


  4. Click OK
