Problem:

Combo boxes disappear unexpectedly when status is changed in a custom workflow

Resolution:

 

  • Product Name: StarTeam

  • Product Component: CPC
  • Platform/OS Version: Windows

 

In StarTeam 2008R2 some custom workflows may exhibit unexpected behaviour whereby combo boxes in forms are unavailable at certain stages in the workflow, or change requests are set to read only.

 This has been resolved in Patch 6 for the 2008 R2 CPC. You can download the patch from

 StarTeam 2008 R2 patches
