Micro Focus StarTeam 17.0 Cross-Platform Client Patch 1 Release Notes (Build 17.0.0.71), StarTeam SDK (Build 17.0.0.37), and StarTeam Extensions (Build 17.0.0.25)

The following enhancements and fixes are provided in patch 1 (builds CPC 17.0.0.71; SDK 17.0.0.37, Extensions 17.0.0.25):

• (SDK) - ViewMemberBehavior.BranchState.DisplayName no longer throws an Illegal State Exception.
• (CPC) - Custom Forms Edits can now clear the User List Fields.
• (GIT) - File move to a parent folder having the same name ends up duplicating the folders and files.
• (GIT) - Git tags on a historical revision create a StarTeam label which points to tip of the file.
• (Extensions) - Ability to multi select & sort attachments for adding, fetching and removing from/to an artifact (e.g. ChangeRequest).
